CM-579 (CM579) is a novel potent, selective and reversible dual inhibitor of G9a/DNMTs with IC50 of 16 nM and 32 nM for G9a and DNMT1, respectively.
CM-579 also inhibits DNMT3A/3B with IC50 of 92/1,000 nM, respectively.
CM-579 inhibits cell proliferation and promotes apoptosis in different haematological neoplasias (AML, ALL and DLBCL).
