生物&药学活性

CM-444 is a potent histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor with IC50 of 7/51/18/531 nM for HDAC1/2/3/6 respectively, also inhibits DNMT1 with IC50 of 2160 nM.
CM-444 does not inhibit G9a (IC50>10 uM).
CM-444 exhibits a potent antiproliferative response against the MM1.S cell line (GI50 = 32 nM).
CM-444 also shows potent antiproliferative activity against other MM cell lines (JJN3, KMS28BM, and H929) with GI50 values between 100 and 550 nM.
CM-444 (10 mg/kg, i.p.) shows in vivo efficacy in an MM1.S tumor model.
