CIDD 0067106 is a novel natural product-based diaryloxazole that potent and selective antiproliferative activities against androgen receptor-positive breast cancer cells (MDA-MB-453 cell GI50=0.8 uM); displays approximately 37.5- to 62.5-fold antiproliferative selectivity for MDA-MB-453 cells over others TNBC cells (MDA-MB-231 GI50=50 uM); inhibits the activity of the mTORC1 pathway.
