CID 3117694 is a selective, non-competitive inhibitor of ADAM10 with IC50 of 1.1 uM, does not inhibit ADAM17.
CID 3117694 inhibits ADAM10 via a non-zinc-binding mechanism.
CID 3117694 displays no activity against a panel of metzincins (MMP1/2/8/9/10/13/14, Meprin α and Meprin β).
CID 3117694 exhibits dose-dependent inhibition of shedding of HER2 from the surface of BT474 cells with IC50 of 30 uM, as well as CXCL16 and syndecan-4 shedding.
CID 3117694 inhibits both CCL2-induced migration of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and IL-8-induced migration of primary human neutrophils.
