CGK733 is a specific small molecule inhibitor of ATM and ATR kinases, induces cell death in prematurely senescent breast cancer cells.
CGK733 decreases p21CIP1 levels in premature senescent MCF-7 and HCT-116 cells, also exhibits antiproliferative activity in a range of cancer cell lines.
CGK733 blocks camptothecin-induced p53 phosphorylation and protects cells from camptothecin-induced apoptosis.
