生物&药学活性

CGH2466 is a combined adenosine receptor antagonist, p38 MAPK and PDE4 inhibitor, inhibits A1, A2b and A3 receptor (IC50=19, 21 and 80 nM), p38α, p38β and PDE4D (IC50=87, 400 and 22 nM).
CGH2466 more potently (IC50=30-50 nM) inhibits the production of cytokines and oxygen radicals by human peripheral blood leucocytes in vitro than SB203580 (IC50>1 uM).
CGH2466 inhibits the ovalbumin- or lipopolysaccharide-induced airway inflammation in mice more potently.
CGH2466 also shows potent binding affinity (Kb=48 nM) for GPR68.
