CFI-402257 exhibits effects consistent with Mps1 kinase inhibition, specifically SAC inactivation, leading to chromosome missegregation, aneuploidy, and ultimately cell death.
CFI-402257 is well-tolerated in mouse models of human cancer and orally active.
