CCT271850 displays >1,000-fold selectivity over CDK-2, Aurora A/B and PLK1.
CCT271850 inhibits HCT116 cells growth with GI50 of 0.16 uM, sensitises selectively MSI+ colon cancer and basal breast cancer cell lines to cell death; active in vivo.
