4Q3C is a selective CB2 receptor agonist, has selectivity index 10,000 more over CB1.
4Q3C significantly inhibits the mechanosensitivity of mucosal bladder afferents to stroking.
4Q3C significantly reduces the severity of arthritis, decreased histopathological findings, and markedly reduced bone erosion in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) mice.
4Q3C prevents an increase in the nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANKL)/osteoprotegerin (OPG) ratio and inhibits the formation of osteoclasts in CIA mice.
