BTT-3033 is a specific small molecule α2β1 integrin (GPIa/IIa, VLA-2) inhibitor, inhibits CHO-α2wt cells adhesion to rat tail collagen I with EC50 of 130 nM, binds to the α2I domain.
BTT-3033 blocks platelet binding to collagen under flow.
BTT-3033 recognizes different α2β1 integrin conformations.
BTT-3033 blocks CHO-α2E336A cell binding to collagen under flow.
BTT-3033 attenuates prostate cancer cell proliferation by cell cycle arrest, promoting apoptosis and reducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition.
