BT-114143 is a small molecule plasminogen activation / plasminogen inhibitor with IC50 of 7.42 uM in in vitro enzymatic reaction system (buffer clot lysis assay), and IC50 of 0.56 uM for fibrinolysis in human whole blood.
BT-114143 exhibits superior activity in inhibiting fibrinolysis compared to tranexamic acid (TXA).
BT-114143 significantly reduced the tail bleeding time at dosages of 5 mg/kg/h and 40 mg/kg/h in rat model.
