BRL-50481 inhibits TNFalpha generation, demonstrates pharmacological activity on proinflammatory responses in human blood monocytes, lung macrophages, and CD8+ T-lymphocytes.
BRL-50481 induces anxiolytic and anorexigenic like behavior in rats.
