BRL-15572 dihydrochloride shows binding affinities for 5-HT1A, 5-HT1B, 5-HT1E, 5-HT1F, 5-HT2A, 5-HT2B, 5-HT2C, 5-HT6 and 5-HT7 with pKi of 7.7, 6.1, 5.2, 6.0, 6.6, 7.4, 6.2, 5.9 and 6.3, respectively.
