BRD-7880 (BRD7880) potent and highly specific inhibitor of Aurora B and Aurora C with IC50 of 7 and 12 nM respectively, with less activity against Aurora A (IC50>2 uM).
BRD-7880 is far more selective than tozasertib (VX-680), substantially inhibiting (to < 25% control activity) only AURKB and AURKC in a panel of 308 kinases.
