BPU11 is a specific small molecule CD28 inhibitor targeting CD28 costimulation with Kd of 6.5 uM, disrupts CD28-B7 interactions across biochemical and cellular systems.
BPU11 inhibits CD28-CD80 binding in a dose-dependent manner with IC50 of 18.89 uM.
BPU11 suppresses CD28-dependent cytokine release (FN-γ, IL-2, and TNF-α) in human PBMC-mucosal co-culture model.
