BOLD-100 (KP-1339, IT-139, NKP-1339) is a promising ruthenium anticancer compound that blocks angiogenesis, endothelial cell proliferation and migration stimulated by VEGF or NO donor agent.
BOLD-100 potentiates the anticancer activity of sorafenib in vitro and in vivo.
BOLD-100 overcomes GRP78-mediated chemoresistance, restores sensitivity to cytotoxic drugs in drug-resistant PDAC cells in vitro and in vivo.
