BMS-986205 has no inhibitory activity on TDO, potently inhibits kynurenine (kyn) production in IDO1-HEK293 cells with IC50 of 1.1 nM;.
BMS-986205 shows potential with superior PD properties and support further evaluation in combination with vivo.
