    BMS-963272 is a potent, selective MGAT2 inhibitor with IC50 of 7.1 and 18 nM for human and mouse MAGT2, respectively.
    BMS-963272 decreaseed inflammation and fibrosis in CDAHFD and STAM, two murine nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) models.
    BMS-963272 did not cause diarrhea in high-fat-diet-treated cynomolgus monkeys, in contrast to a selective diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1 (DGAT1) inhibitor.
