BMS-911172 (BMS 911172) is a potent, selective and brain penetrant adaptor protein 2-associated kinase 1 (AAK1) inhibitor with IC50 of 12 nM.
BMS-911172 exhibits good overall kinase selectivity in a panel consisting of 391 kinases (Ambit/DiscoverX/Eurofins).
BMS-911172 (60 mg/kg, sc) effectively reduced μ2 phosphorylation following acute administration in C57BL6 mice.
BMS-911172 (30 mg/kg, sc) reduces phase II formalin nociceptive behaviors in rats.
BMS-911172 (60 mg/kg, sc) reduces thermal hyperalgesia and mechanical hyperalgesia in CCI rats.
