    BMS-351 (BMS351) is a potent, selective, reversible, nonsteroidal CYP17A1 lyase inhibitor with IC50 of 19 nM.
    BMS-351 displays hydroxylase/lyase ratio value of 10, and good selectivity over CYPs 11B1 and 21A2 in human and cyno (IC50>7500 nM).
    BMS-351 (1.5 mg/kg, BID) treatment led a remarkable reduction in testosterone levels with minimal glucocorticoid and mineralcorticoid perturbation in castrated cynomolgus monkeys, compared to abiraterone.
