BM-957 (BM957) is a highly potent, dual Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL inhibitor with Ki of <1 nM for both, IC50 of 5.4 and 6.0 nM, respectively.
BM-957 shows potent cell growth inhibition in cancer cell lines, with IC50 of ~20 nM against the H1147 and H146 cells.
BM-957 induces robust cleavage of PARP and caspase-3 at 10 nM in the H146 cell line, achieves complete and durable tumor regression in H146 xenograft tumors.
