BAY 1895344 (BAY-1895344, Elimusertib) is a novel potent, highly selective ATR kinase inhibitor with IC50 of 7.0 nM.
BAY 1895344 (Elimusertib) demonstrated high selectivity in an in-house kinase selectivity panel (with exception mTOR IC50=35 nM) and KINOMEscan profiling.
BAY 1895344 inhibited hydroxyurea-induced ATR-dependent H2AX phosphorylation with IC50 of 36 nM in HT-29 cells.
BAY 1895344 inhibits proliferation in a broad spectrum of human cancer cell lines ( Lymphoma cells IC50=9-32 nM).
BAY 1895344 shows strong antitumor efficacy as monotherapy in CDX models, as well as synergistic activity in combination with chemotherapy or EBRT.
