BAY-298 (BAY298) is a highly potent, selective luteinizing hormone receptor (LH-R) inhibitor with IC50 of 96 nM and 23 nM for hLH-R and rLH-R, respectively.
BAY-899 suppressed hLH-induced ovarian marker gene expression in cetrorelix-treated female rats.
BAY-899 counteracted the hLH-induced increase in plasma testosterone levels in male rats, and reduced serum estradiol levels in female rats
