Atuliflapon (AZD-5718, AZD5718) exhibits LTB4 inhibition in human whole blood assays with IC50 of 39 nM.
Atuliflapon (AZD-5718, AZD5718) reduces the production of pro-inflammatory and vasoactive leukotrienes both in vitro and in vivo.
