Fexagratinib (AZD4547, ADSK091) is a potent and selective inhibitor of FGFR1/2/3 with IC50s of 0.2/1.8/2.5 nM, respectively.
AZD4547 shows weak acticity against KDR(IC50=24 nM), FGFR4 (IC50=165 nM) and IGFR (IC50=581 nM), and on activity against CDK2, Axl, FAK, p38 etc.
AZD4547 suppresses FGFR signaling and growth in tumor cell lines with deregulated FGFR expression.
AZD4547 is orally bioavailable.
