AZ9567 demonstrates potent cellular inhibition of MAT2a-driven SAM synthesis in the engineered HCT116 MTAP knockout (KO) model with pIC50 of 8.6.
AZ9567 displays preferential sensitivity in MTAP KO HCT116 compared to isogenic parental HCT116 for SDMA and growth inhibition.
AZ9567 exhibits selective antiproliferative activity toward MTAP-null lymphoma, lung, and pancreatic cancer cell lines.
AZ9567 (20 mg/kg BID) shows robust antitumor response in MTAP KO HCT116 xenograft model.
