AZ9482 is a potent PARP inhibitor with IC50 of 1/1/46/9/160/640 nM for PAPR1/PARP2/PARP3/TNKS1/TNKS2/PAPR6 respectively.
AZ9482 blocks centrosome clustering in HeLa cell with IC50 of <18 nM, shows activity in a Wnt pathway reporter assay, producing a DLD-1 firefly luciferase IC50 of 222 nM.
AZ9482 has been utilized as in vitro tool and in vivo probe to investigate the bio- logical consequences of inhibiting centrosome clustering through PARP enzymes.
