AZ-27 (AZ27) is a potent non-nucleoside RSV L-protein polymerase inhibitor with EC50 of 0.01 uM and 1.3 uM for RSV A2 and RSV B-WST, respectively.
AZ27 exhibits high potency against the RSV A subtype (average EC50=24±9 nM) than against the B subtype (average EC50=1.0±0.28 uM).
AZ-27 (AZ27) shows no cytotoxicity.
