生物&药学活性

AUDA is a potent inhibitor of sEH (soluble epoxide hydrolase) with IC50 of 18 nM and 69 nM for mouse sEH and human sEH, respectively.
AUDA activates PPARα 3-fold at a concentration of 10 uM but exhibits no affect on PPARδ or PPARγ.
AUDA decreases mean arterial blood pressure and increases urinary epoxide-to-diol ratios in angiotensin-infused rats.
