ATI-2341 is a potent, allosteric CXCR4 agonist with EC50 of 194 nM.
ATI-2341 induces CXCR4-dependent calcium flux in U87 glioblastoma cells (IC50=140 nM), receptor internalization, and chemotaxis in cell-based assays.
ATI-2341 also displays potent efficacy in the mobilization of PMNs and HSPCs in mice and nonhuman primates.
