    AS1535907 is a potent GPR119 agonist with EC50 of 4.8 uM in HEK293 cells stably expressing human GPR119.
    AS1535907 enhanced the first phase of insulin secretion at 16.8 mM glucose, but had no effect at 2.8mM glucose in isolated perfused pancreata from normal rats.
    AS1535907 (10 uM) reduced blood glucose levels due to the rapid secretion of insulin secretion following oral glucose loading in diabetic db/db mice
