    ARUK2007145 is a potent, selective and cell-active PI5P4Kα/γ dual inhibitor with pIC50 of 7.3/8.1, resepctively, shows no activity against PI5P4Kβ.
    ARUK2007145 shows good activity in the InCELL Pulse target engagement assay (PI5P4Kγ pIC50=7.3).
    ARUK2007145 shows a good dual activity in the ADP-Glo assays showing similar activities for PI5P4Kγ+ and PI5P4Kα (fold-selectivity=5).
