ARP100 (ARP-100) is a potent, selective gelatinase A (MMP-2) inhibitor with IC50 of 12 nM, weakly inhibits MMP-9 (IC50=200 nM) and >300-fold selectivity over MMP1/3/7.
ARP100 (50 nM) inhibits HT1080 sarcoma cells growth on matrigel.
ARP100 significantly reduces secretion of TGF-β1 in metastatic Y79 cell line.
