ARI-1 is a specific inhibitor of receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1), directly targets the frizzled domain with high binding affinity, inhibits EGFR-TKIs-resisted NSCLC with high ROR1 expression.
ARI-1 inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis by blocking PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.
ARI-1 suppresses cell migration in a ROR1-dependent manner in NSCLC cells.
ARI-1 (5 mg/kg) suppresses NSCLC tumor growth without obvious toxicity.
