AMG PERK 44 (AMG44) is a potent, highly selective, and orally active protein kinase RNA-like ER kinase (PERK) inhibitor with IC50 of 6 nM, inhibits cellular PERK autophosphorylation (pPERK) with IC50 of 84 nM.
AMG PERK 44 (AMG44) displays 1000-fold selectivity over GCN2, exquisite selectivity over a large panel of kinases.
AMG PERK 44 (AMG44) robustly inhibits PERK autophosphorylation (ED50=3 mg/kg; ED90=60 mg/kg) in a time course pharmacodynamic (PD) model assay.
