AMG-337 inhibits of HGF-mediated MET phosphorylation in PC3 cells.
AMG-337 shows desirable preclinical pharmacokinetics, significant inhibition of MET phosphorylation in mice, and robust tumor growth inhibition in a MET-dependent mouse efficacy model.
