AG-636 (AG636) is a novel potent, selective, reversible and oral dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) inhibitor with IC50 of 17 nM.
AG-636 exhibited strong growth-inhibitory activity in a distinct subset of cell lines with GI 50 of <1.5 uM.
AG-636 treatment results in robust tumor growth inhibition in xenograft lymphoma tumor models, with comparably poor activity in solid tumor models.
