ABT-E79 is a highly potent and selective PGK1 inhibitor, significantly inhibits TNBC cell proliferation.
ABT-E79 significantly inhibited TNBC cell proliferation, as evidenced by cell viability and colony formation assays.
ABT-E79 also markedly reduced MDSC migration in 4T1 cells.
ABT-E79 induced a dose-dependent decrease in intracellular lactate levels and decreased Pan Kla and H3K18la in TNBC cells.
ABT-E79 significantly reduced CCL5 expression at both the transcript and protein levels in MDA-MB-231 cells, with a similar reduction observed in 4T1 cells.
ABT-E79 significantly inhibited tumor growth and progression in orthotopic TNBC xenograft models.
ABT-E79 induced marked reduction in total MDSCs, including both the M-MDSC and PMN-MDSC subsets.
ABT-E79 enhanced PD-1 blockade efficacy in TNBC, restores antitumor immunity.
