    ABD328 (ABD-328) is an orally active, small molecule inhibitor of RANKL and TNF signalling that inhibits inflammation in vivo.
    ABD328 inhibits TNF-induced activation of the NF-κB pathway, ERK, JNK and MAPKs in osteoclasts and macrophages.
    ABD328 suppresses inflammatory arthritis, inhibits joint destruction and prevented systemic bone loss in mice model of rheumatoid arthritis.
