AAT-008 is a potent, and selective prostaglandin EP4 receptor antagonist with binding IC50 of 2.4 nM.
AAT-008 shows little or no activity for hEP1/2/3 (IC50>1890 nM).
AAT-008 inhibits PGE2-induced cAMP in human EP4 transfectant with pA2 of 8.97.
AAT-008 exhibits significantly improved pharmacological profiles over grapiprant in acute and chronic inflammatory pain models in rats.
