3-IN-PP1 is a highly potent pan-protein kinase D (PKD) inhibitor with IC50 of 108, 94 and 108 nM for PKD1, PKD2 and PKD3 respectively.
3-IN-PP1 (0-40 uM) nhibits PKD mediated phosphorylation of cortactin at Ser-298 in HEK293T cells co-transfected with FLAG-PRKD2 and myc-CTTN.
