158H9 is a potent Pin1 destabilizer and degrader with IC50 of 21.5 nM in DELFIA displacement assay, destabilizes Pin1 in vitro and also results more effective in causing Pin1 degradation in cells.
158H9 is very effective in degrading Pin1 in a panel of human cancer cell lines. with DC50 values of ~ 500 nM and Dmax (the maximal level of degradation) close to 100% with all cell lines.
158H9 significantly improved properties over the parent molecule BJP-07-017-3.|
158H9 reduced cell viability in a variety of cancer cell lines.
