066ATZ is a potent, selective dual PIP4K2A and PIP4K2B inhibitor with Ki of 100 nM and 800 nM.
066ATZ displays selectivity over a panel of protein and lipid kinases。
066ATZ inhibits two closely related protein kinases, CK2a and CK2a2 (casein kinase 2 catalytic subunits α and α′ with Ki ∼130 nM and 40 nM, respectively.
066ATZ binds to ATP-binding sites of PIP4K2A and PIP4K2B to block lipid kinase activity.
066ATZ reduces tumor growth rate in a xenograft model of NSCLC.
