(R)-ZINC-3573 (ZINC-72453573) is a potent, MRGPRX2-selective small-molecule agonist with EC50 of 740 nM.

(R)-ZINC-3573 shows minimal agonist efficacy at receptors other than MRGPRX2 at 10 uM, as well as a panel of 97 representative human kinases.|
(R)-ZINC-3573 promoted degranulation in LAD2 mast cells.
(R)-ZINC-3573 activates endogenous MRGPRX2 in a human mast cell line, inducing degranulation and calcium release.
