    生物&药学活性

    NQN-1 is a highly selective, small molecule HDAC6 inhibitor with IC50 of 5.54 uM and Ki of 1.30 uM.
    NQN-1 displayed cell killing activity consistent with it's HDAC6 inhibitory activity in MTS cell proliferation/toxicity assays, selectively induced hyperacetylated tubulin without an increase in histone H3 and H4 acetylation.
    NQN-1 induces Hsp90 acetylation and causes a decrease in Hsp90 client protein FLT-3, STAT5, and phosphorylated-Erk levels in the human acute myeloid leukemia cell line, MV4-11, with associated cell death.
