NCI677397 is a specific small molecule inhibitor of USP24, inhibits chemotherapy-induced drug resistance in vitro and in vivo.
NCI677397 did not block the catalytic activity of USP7, USP9x, or USP10.
NCI677397 decreased the levels of Bax, BRD7, and p300, also increased the ubiquitination of p300 in A549 cells.
NCI677397 inhibits chemotherapy-induced drug resistance in vitro and in vivo.
NCI677397 induced ferroptosis in drug-resistant cancer cells by increasing lipid reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels.
