Compound MFH is small molecule inhibitor of Wnt Signaling with IC50 of 25 uM in 293STF cells, binds to the CRD (cysteine-rich domain) domain of Wnt co-receptor Frizzled (Fzl). MFH binds to the CRD domain of Fzd and blocks both canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling. effectively eliminate the ability of ex vivo LSC expansion and the ability of 3T3s to support ex vivo LSC expansion.
