CHZ-868 (CHZ868) reverses type I JAK inhibitor persistence and demonstrates efficacy in myeloproliferative neoplasms.
CHZ-868 (CHZ868) reduces mutant allele burden in vivo, shows significant efficacy in Jak2V617F-driven polycythemia vera.
CHZ-868 (CHZ868) is orally active.
