PK-11195 (PK 11195) is an isoquinoline carboxamide that binds selectively to PBR (TSPO) with Ki of 3.1 nM in cerebellum, 4.1 nM in spinal cord.
PK-11195 blocks binding of typical benzodiazepines to TSPO, inhibits proliferation.
PK-11195 induces apoptosis and causes G 1/S cell cycle arrest in NB cell lines at micromolar concentrations.
